Besides having one of the most famous and spectacular islands in the world, Taiwan truly host a multicultural and cosmopolitan vibes. Taipei embraces visitors of all works of life, international students, investors, tourist, researchers, .. etc with a welcoming passion that incorporates them into its daily life.
There is so much to see and do in the island I think, besides only dedicating your life in other things more serious other than not having being entertained with the true !Sensational Night! that Taiwan also offers, however, I guess Taiwan has a lot to offer after the sunshine sets in the evening, which most people such as students, tourist, and visitors especially would like to know.
“How to get a !Sensational Night! in Taiwan?”
Therefore let visitors of this blog share their experiences about the best places, sensational food market, bars and restaurants, hotels, entertainment scoops, art and culture, movies, music, night clubs, pops, games, parks, national sceneries, or just strolling around watching people in the streets, ….etc in Taiwan.

Hi Charles,
ReplyDeleteI love to share my experienced in Taiwan for the past two years with you. Taiwan is a beautiful and friendly Island that is rich in culture and advance in technology.
There are many places you can visit in Taiwan to make yourself happy, gain knowledge and experience. Night markets are one of the places. Night markets in Taiwan is not a place just for buying and sellings goods, but also a place to have fun, like watching movies, playing james etc. At the night market you can also have the chance to know and taste most of Taiwan's famous foods and drinks, like rice dumpling, meat balls, steam dumpling, milk tea, fried chicken etc.
I advice you to please visit the National palace meseum and luxy night club in Taipei for more fun. Because of the peace and stability in Taiwan, investors are coming all over the world to invest in this wonderful Island.
Above all, Taiwanese are friendly, simple, loving and caring to all humankind.

Dear Charles
ReplyDeleteYour Idea sounds great..In addition to some of the places one can visit is a beautiful park in Taipei city called Daan Park. School load can be stressful at times, so try to make friends with some local students, know about their culture..etc, i'm sure u will enjoy it. And when u want to spend some time alone, just go to a beautiful park ( there are alot around the island, i just gave u an example).. think of nothing else...free your mind...and just enjoy the beauty of the surrounding, it may sound crazy bt i believe it's good for ones health
Bro, Take a break and roll out here to "Los Angeles" city of the Angeles man. We can roll out and hit the streets like we use do it in Banjul; and I'll show you how we do Hollywood style nom sayin? Holla Back; Ma-Brother!
ReplyDeleteUnfortunately, I couldn't tell you much about Taiwan but my advice is get a girlfriend brother, that's the best way to get "acquinted" with a new city, nom sayin? trust me you will not be bored if you play the game right.Stay focused at the sametime brother, I feel your pain but you shown great potential and demonstrated complete dedication in all aspect of life. What remaining on your studies is not that much. The light is already showing on the other side of the tunnel. Much respect to you ma-brother. We'll catchup in cyberspace soon.

I have be a great travel admirer around this beautiful Island. The gorges, hot springs, hiking trails, food you name it, they're just so awesome. In fact I live around Da-an Park and have been to there many times for a walk. Also been to the biggest park, Taichung Central park.
ReplyDeleteAnd as far as I know, the nights aren't dead too. Night markets make it so special unlike other cities of the world. The clubs are bustling and most will suit all ages...lol. But since its a modern world, everything has also been integrated to fit the latest fad. You'll usually find a few teenagers and more others in their twenties making the night a worthwhile thing. taiwannights.com will tell you where is happening and when.
You tell me some more
My appreciation to all for your ecouragement, it is inspirational. It's what I really need now though "I’m a slow walker, but I never walk back".
ReplyDeleteI'm grateful to all who make me happy, they are the charming gardeners who make a man's soul blossom........ Charles C. Alvarez (NTHU, Hsinchu)
Cheers
好我也很愛台灣,,,
